1、 Hong Kong work Visa

Suitable audience: if you have extensive work experience and excellent industry skills, and have proven to be an elite talent that can not be found in Hong Kong, then you are very suitable to apply for the talent scheme to work in Hong Kong. The scheme is also particularly applicable to mainland Chinese who wish to acquire Hong Kong status, which is one of the channels through which they can legally apply for Hong Kong resident status.

Hong Kong work visa application conditions:

Overall Design Requirements: There Must Be a Hong Kong listed company can hire applicants to work in Hong Kong

Applicant: Bachelor degree or above (Mainland China: Bachelor degree) +3-5 years relevant working experience.

Hong Kong Company: Audit Report of Hong Kong office (not just shipping address) + financial and work status certificate of Hong Kong employees (more than 2)(if Hong Kong company is a new company, can use the audit report of domestic headquarters) .

Time and procedure for applying for a work visa in Hong Kong:

1. The time for preparation of documents is generally between 1 and 2 weeks; the time for approval by the immigration authorities is between 4 and 6 weeks.

2. After successfully applying for a visa, we will go to the Immigration Bureau to get the visa for the applicant and send it to other applicants by express delivery.

3. Applicants holding visas issued by the Immigration Department must apply to the Mainland Public Security Bureau of their place of residence registered in China for an endorsement
