3. Laser engraving speed

4. Laser engraving intensity

5. Spot size

The laser beam spot size can be adjusted with lenses of different focal lengths. Small spot lenses are used for high resolution engraving. A large spot lens is used for lower resolution engraving, but it is the best choice for vector cutting.

Second, start the laser engraving machine before checking

1. check whether the power supply is normal, whether the cooling water tank is full of deionized water, whether the circulating water pump and the inlet and outlet pipes are normal.

2. Check that the emergency stop button of the laser is not pressed, and that there is no debris on the top and inside the machine.

3. Check that the lenses are clean. If there is dirt, it must be cleaned before use.

4. Check the mechanical part and make sure there is no debris on the processing table.

5. Check if the electromagnetic air pump is working properly.

Specific steps

1. Turn on the machine's main power switch, turn on the machine control power switch. After the system self-test is completed, each axis of the machine returns to the reference point.

2. Turn on the control cabinet power supply, turn on the circulating water pump, make sure there is water flowing out of the outlet.Start the chiller, check the water temperature and water pressure (normal water pressure is 5 bar). After the chiller is energized for three minutes, the compressor starts, the fan rotates, and refrigeration begins.

3. Start the air compressor and cold dryer. After the chiller drops to the set temperature (set to 21 degrees), turn on the main power supply of the laser.

4. Insert the laser power key into the switch key hole, turn the key clockwise to turn on the laser power and wait for the system to normalize (about 30 seconds).

9. After the above items are normal, it can be switched to the execution state, and the workpiece can be cut.

When the work is finished, turn off the machine in the following order:

1. After processing is completed and the prompt bell rings, open the cabin cover and take out the processed items.

2. Turn the key counterclockwise to turn off the laser, and turn off the circulating water pump after 1 minute.

3. Clean up the processing residue in the machine.

4. Turn off the control cabinet power.
